Batman #58
Sick as a bat.
Working from home today as I’m a bit under the weather. Could use a steamy hot water basin at my feet…(what do those even do?).

What songs would Batman sing at karaoke?
They made a pretty spot on selection at Comics Alliance a while back. I definitely agree that his preparation and ability to rise to a challenge would be unparalleled, so for that reason I’d have to expect him to do a flawless one-man version of “Bohemian Rhapsody,” with ALL the harmonies and guitar solos intact.

Another try with the Wacom Bamboo tablet. I’m really enjoying this thing!
In case it wasn’t obvious in this drawing, there’s one thing that’s far easier to do on the Bamboo than the iPad. It starts with an “h” and ends with an “atching.”

Holy crap…halfway there already!
Oh, and this is the very first drawing NOT done on my iPad, because some awesome friends got me a Wacom Bamboo tablet as a wedding present. It’s a completely different experience because:
a) it actually feels like I’m holding a proper pen.
b) unlike drawing on paper, you have to look at the computer screen while drawing on the tablet—-an interesting test of hand-eye co-ordination.
Keen observers might also notice a production value not previously available in other drawings: a gradient background (I can hear the ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ from here).
50 more drawings on the way!
